The Zonal Office is located in Kabale District which is a Business Center for Kigezi Region. The Zone is easily accessed by the districts served. During the Poverty Alleviation Project, Kigezi region was under Mbarara Regional Office. In order to ease access to financial service, Kigezi Region acquired an independent Zonal Office in 2001 located in Kabale District.

MSC services are delivered through twelve Zonal offices across the country. Each Zonal office covers a cluster of districts. In order to improve access to information, MSC entered into an understanding with 61 SACCOs) across the country to be reference points for MSC services and related information. The SACCOs also receive feedback to related to services and products and relay it to MSC. They also provide technical assistance and share good practice to support weak SACCOs.

was registered on 4thDecember 2003 as a Cooperative Society Rukiga's main activity is providing of savings and credit services to its members. The SACCO is located, Muhanga Zone, Muhanga central ward, Muhanga Town Council, Kabale District. The SACCO currently covers 7 Sub-counties of Kamwezi, Rwamucucu, Kashabya, Bukiinda and Muhanga Town Council in Kabale district. It also operates in Nyakishenyi and Nyarushaje sub counties in Rukungiri District. Rukiga SACCO has accessed 4 loans from MSC totaling shs 500,000,000 Million. The recovery rate on all loans has been 100%.
Before accessing the loan from The Microfinance Support Center Limited, Rukiga SACCO had Total membership of 5,662, sixteen employees and,4 branches. Currently the SACCO employees 31 people with 6 branch offices
is located in Rukungiri District. It was started in 2002 as savings group for women, with only 18 members at that time. The initial capital was approximately UGX 4 million shillings only. The SACCO membership currently stands at 3,809. The SACCO has accesses 4 loans from MSC and currently employees 13 permanent Staff.
The SACCO operates in its own office building. According to the management, its services have improved the financial standards of its members and the community at large. The SACCO has installed a Management Information System to improve its operations. The major challenges affecting the SACCO are insufficient loanable funds, and skills gaps of some of its Staff (especially IT), and high operational costs. The SACCO in July 2015 opened a branch in Nyakagyeme sub-county due to increased demand.
